SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery is normally within 5-7 business days from the order date. Our goal is to dispatch your products no later than the day after you have placed your order.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All of our items are bespoke and made just for you, we therefore only offer refunds and exchanges for products which arrived defective or damaged. If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please email hello@sheldn with photos of the damage within 14 days of your purchase, we will then share details of where to send your parcel to receive your refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs, duties or other fees calculated by country, you are responsible for paying all fees if applicable.
